FAQ Is Design and Layout included? No, design and layout is a separate cost that is not included in our pricing. If you do not have a graphic designer, we can recommend a qualified person that is best suited for your needs. Can I get 100 offset business cards? No, the minimum for offset business cards is 500. If you want 100 full colour business cards they will be printed on our digital presses. What is your turnaround time? Turnaround times vary based on job specifications and requirements. Upon receiving your quote, your sales rep will give you an estimated print time. Digital Printing normally takes 1 – 3 business days. Offset Printing  normally takes 5 – 10 business days. Gang-run orders typically take 10 – 14 business days. What is gang-run? Gang-run is method of printing that combines certain orders together. As a result, you get cheaper prices. If I print more do I get a better price? Yes, the price per copy is lower when larger quantities are placed. That means more money in your pockets! Where can I upload my files? Files under 2mb can be emailed to info@printatlance.com. For larger files you can drop them onto our ftp site. Please call us for instructions and password. Can I see a proof before you print my order? Yes, your initial proof is included in the price. Additional proofs, however, are subject to a $20 service fee. You can request a hardcopy proof or a soft copy which can be emailed or faxed directly to you.    Can I print on different stock? Unlike many of our competitors, Lance & Co. Printing has a massive selection of text and cover stock. Drop by today and ask to see our collection of textured paper stock. What is bleed? Bleed is a print term used to describe the printed area that extends to the edges of the final product.  This portion will be trimmed off when cut to the final size. What type of files do you accept?  We accept the following file formats: pdf, ai, eps, tif, psd.
