or plastic printing plates. The term “ offset ” refers to the fact that the image isn’t printed directly
to the paper from the plates, but is offset on a rubber-blanketed cylinder which in turn makes
contact with the paper. With offset printing the price per piece decreases as the quantity
increases - sometimes significantly. For quantities in the thousands, offset is always the best option. |
